LOA Submission Guide
We maintain an extensive database of the current LOA submission requirements for all the main product providers, along with contact details for many specific departments. We audit the data fully on a regular basis, and it can help to ensure that your LOAs reach the right department first time, and minimise unnecessary rejections.

LOAs and AI
We hold a licence for 4Admin’s LOA Tool, helping to streamline the LOA process and save time. The tool can read plan information, and provide a summary of the data, in seconds.

Filing Structure
No filing structure?  No problem.  Why not let us to implement one for you, enabling you to locate filed documents very quickly in the future.

Mortgage Administration
Whilst mortgage administration is not a core element of our business, some members of our team do have experience.  We’ll only offer you support if we are confident that the administrator has the right level of experience for what you need, so please feel free to ask. 

What Don’t We Do?
Much of what we do supports the paraplanning role, for example, data gathering and creating illustrations. However, we are not paraplanners, and this is not what our team is trained to do.  We are not able to create your suitability reports, nor perform calculations.  We can recommend some excellent outsourced paraplanning firms, should you need one.

Furthermore, we cannot train your own staff or contractors, this is not our role.  Please do not ask us to do this.

And lastly, we cannot make coffee for your clients, as much as we would like to.
