The Intuitive Team have been working with St. James’s Place, and providing virtual admin support to their Partners, since 2014.  We currently work with more than 30 Partnerships.

All of our administrators have a Financial Services background, and our PSS Team have extensive experience with the SJP systems and processes.  Partners are looked after by a single dedicated administrator, on an ongoing basis.

Do we know it all?  Absolutely not, we doubt anyone does, and there is always much to learn.  However, any generic training required is carried out at our own expense, and in our own time.

Sharing Our Knowledge
We work hard to support our administrators, helping them to continuously learn new skills, and become more efficient.  We believe a process can always be further improved.  Internally, our administrators have access to a huge array of tools, templates and best practice guides. If you’re ever wondering whether there might be a more efficient way of doing something, perhaps we can help.  We’re always happy to make suggestions that might help you to improve or streamline an existing process.

What Can’t We Help With?
Much of what we do supports the paraplanning role, for example, coordinating LOAs, data gathering, creating illustrations and updating Salesforce. However, we are not paraplanners, and although our team are very knowledgeable, paraplanning is not our strength, nor what we are trained to do.  We are not able to create your suitability letters, nor perform calculations.  We can recommend some excellent outsourced paraplanning firms who also work with St. James’s Place, should you need one.
