Challenge LOA Rejections
If your LOA has been rejected, and the provider requirements conflict with our information, you’re welcome to request a copy of our evidence.  This may enable you to challenge a rejection.

Unipass LoA
A reminder that UK pension providers can now receive LOA submissions via ULoA, and the service is free for advisers. All you need is a Unipass Identity.
