Dedicated Admin Support
Intuitive Support has a team of 24 experienced administrators and has been supporting financial advice firms with their administration requirements since 2014.

We understand that continuity and professionalism are important to you, which is why you’ll be supported by a single dedicated administrator on an ongoing basis. Your dedicated administrator will learn about your business, your specific requirements, and your internal processes. They will also use your licences and the access rights you provide, much like a remote member of your own team.

Every member of our team has substantial industry experience, along with a comprehensive understanding of products, compliance, regulation, and data protection.

We’re proud to have 21 staff members with more than 10 years’ experience within Financial Services.  Every team member has substantial experience, along with a comprehensive understanding of products, compliance, regulation and data protection.

We have access to a wide range of tools that help us work efficiently and productively, and we’re committed to continuously developing our skills. If we need to learn a new back-office system or investment platform in order to support you, we’ll do so in our own time.

For additional peace of mind, you’re welcome to speak with your administrator before proceeding. This gives you an opportunity to learn more about their experience within the Financial Services industry and to consider whether their skills and knowledge meet your needs.

Flexible Contract
Our “pay-as-you-go” contract means that you’re never tied to the service – our customers stay with us because they value the quality of what we do.

Your administrator will reserve time for your work based on your average usage, but you’ll only ever be billed for the time actually used.  Each week, you’ll receive a summary outlining the work completed on your behalf. 

Our dedicated support service is designed for firms that require regular, ongoing assistance rather than ad-hoc or occasional support.
